With a lot of the world’s population choosing or being forced into self isolation/quarantine, many are left wondering what they can get up to in their homes. It can be daunting to imagine spending months indoors, even if (like me) you are a homebody and you enjoy spending a lot of time inside!

Even though this idea may not appeal to people, there is a joy to staying at home and taking time to slow down and live in a more simple way. In this post, I have collated my favourite self care activities to practice at home that you can use during this time in isolation. Whether you want to relax, nurture your body, or enhance your mind, everyone will be able to find something for them on this list.

Keep up with my self isolating journey on TikTok (natalielcoombs) where I’ll be uploading daily self isolation vlogs and tips! And if you’re feeling overwhelmed by everything going on right now, be sure to read my last post, all about how to protect your mental health during coronavirus.
